We share your information with verified trading partners as necessary to facilitate transactions; with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processors, logistics providers, verification agencies); and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, and access controls. Our platform is ISO 27001 certified and complies with applicable data protection regulations.

We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Trade records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by financial regulations.
